Tell us the address you want us to send your order to. The possible associated shipping costs are calculated automatically.

Simon and his team prepare your order with the utmost care and under strict quality controls.
When you receive your products please note the use by date (fecha de caducidad) If you intend on consuming the products before that date please do so, if not you will find that all of our products freeze well.
When you receive your order, please keep it refrigerated as soon as possible.
All of our products are packaged with utmost care, however if your packaging is damaged in any way, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER …?
Credit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay using Paypal.
WHEN WILL I RECIVE MY ORDER…?
We are only shipping at present to Mainland Spain & Portugal
Orders placed after 5pm or on Saturdays, Sundays, Festivals o public holidays, will have the confirmation the next working day in the morning. The confirmation will include the delivery date.
We produce our sausages fresh, to order. This means that orders placed Friday – Sunday will be with you the following Wednesday or Thursday (see order confirmation for exact day).
HOW WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE …?
Our sausages are packed in trays with a welded film lid & our bacon is vac packed
Products are transported at a controlled temperature.

Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 48 hours and may incur an additional cost
Why not half the delivery cost and share with a friend
Deliveries can be sent to your home, your place of work or to a friends house,remember the products are fresh and need refrigeration immediately after delivery, make sure to have correct storage for them after delivery as no responsibility will be taken for goods after point of delivery. If your delivery is coming to your place of work we suggest taking a cool box with some ice packs to transport your products home.
WHAT TO DO IF THE ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED …?
Due to the perishable nature of our products the so-called right of withdrawal is not applicable and only returns of orders that have been damaged by the carrier will be accepted.
Do not hesitate to establish a complaint at the time of receipt of the order, if there is no complaint, we will not be able to carry out the necessary paperwork to file the corresponding claim with the transport company. Contact us through the mail email@example.com and inform us of any incident in the reciept of your order.
In the event that your order is damaged, notify us and do not accept it. Once we receive the return shipment from the transport company, we will proceed to analyse the incident and proceed to refund the money collected.
Check that the seals of the package are intact. The controls applied by Henry Hoggs in the preparation of your order guarantee that the packages leave sealed and in good condition.
Product returns are not allowed if they have been opened or handled and if they do not keep the original packaging, except in cases of deliveries of products in poor condition.
